Large public offering of Farmland from the Kermit and Ruth Hovesten Family.
Parcels will be in 7 different tracts and will be sold in a bidders choice fashion with option.  Auction will be Live with online bidding with prebidding 
and held on September 22nd 10:00 a.m. at the 316 event center, Dexter MN (old mill inn building). To register all bidders live & online must have a bank letter of credit to receive a bidding number. All letters must be submitted 48 hours before the start of the auction. 

Terms: 10% Down due and payable on each parcel  with a sign and completed purchase agreement at the conclusion on the auction.  Balance due December 1st, day of closing at the Hoversten Law Office.
